great pizza, great prices, and great employees! in stock on items is really good. and if it's not there in your racks they will search for it and find it for you bring the pallet down for you. and if they don't have it if your store they'll look at another store for you. great customer service, way to go Katy Costco!
The place is an unlabeled maze. Also, their pizza gave me explosive diarrhea.

tire service center told me the wait is 2.5 hours. 3.5 hours later I'm still waiting. As if my time isn't valuable this place is straight disrespectful. I get one day to get these things done and spend time with my kids. This was my 2nd but last time getting tires here.

Desiree in the Bakery at the Katy store was a life saver yesterday and exemplifies great customer service. She quickly and professionally frosted a large cake for me. She was so patient and understanding. She earned all my future business.
I just switched my Rx's to Costco. I sooooooo regret it. Pharmacy staff rude. I asked someone a question about a Rx. He started talking to me like I was ignorant (......i'm a nurse..I know to ask questions if I don't know the answer)...and he just blew me off. Didn't even bother to try to help me. I just walked off. Didn't want to have to talk to him the way he spoke to me.
