RecommendedDoth this location has its lows my total experience was awesome. The staff is great and the products are awesome. At time I'm still trying to understand how the front end works. But Things seems to be running as well as it can. If anything can be improved it was be the front end area. Overall visit , I liked it...
Stood in line to leave off my car for a tire rotation. Now I'm standing in line with 5 people and know one has come out of the bay to help any of us. I even tried to go over to the window and get sow mines attention. One guy went over to the customer service counter and asked for help and was told to just wait in line. WOW!
Still have a chose of wood pelts for our wood burning BBQ, that's great news, but the "debit card non-use issue" is a big complaint.
Very unpleasant experience at the Katy location. Unfriendly employees including several that I witnessed cursing in front of customers. The food court area was filthy and again very unfriendly employees. Won't be returning to this location any more.
I love my Costco. But pleeeeaaasseee could yall bring back stevia in the raw in big bags like yall had it? We cant have this kind of love without it.
I love the Katy Store! However, I have been informed they will no longer let me use my debit card since it is a Mastercard... I refuse to own a credit card. I'll miss my visits and the wonderful items you offer. Goodbye!
Costco in Katy is slacking. This is the second visit in the past few weeks (out of many years shopping at Costco), where they have been put of certain products. Come to find out they did have them in the store, they just weren't restocked. I'm wondering what has changed with the Katy location?
