One-Star Review Not everything at Costco is a bargain, and the Hearing Aid Store at 7795 West Flagler Street proves it. My federal insurance program requires prior authorization from a recognized provider before purchasing hearing aids, but Mr. Daniel shrugged it off, saying, "It’s on you" to handle it. Spoiler alert: it’s actually the provider’s job—not mine. Turns out, this Costco isn’t even an authorized provider under my insurance, so I couldn’t get reimbursed anyway.
