Would highly recommend this location. From start to finish was amazing. No pressure sales at all. Extremely top off the line quality products and unbelievable customer service, also amazing prices compared to others. Would definitely like to give a shout out to Keith and Jon, these two have made my hearing aid choice and quality of life so much better, I really appreciate the customer service.

I have had several pairs of hearing aids from Costco. I would not go anywhere else. Initially, I had a hearing test by an audiologist and was ready to purchase aids from that office. Once I heard about Costco's aids, I went there and found that similar aids were less than half the price. I purchased the hearing aids from Costco and have no regrets. Jessi, hearing aid specialist, is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I have recommended Costco to many people for hearing aids.
Waste of my time!!! Waited weeks to get in and when I got there, I am told that the test cannot be done because I have some wax in my ear, so I will need to come back for another appointment after I remove the wax and that will be weeks later again!!! Are these people trained medically to use an otoscope? Hey, what about informing a client about this possibility before you wait weeks on end and take time out of your day for an appointment!?
