This place is hit or miss on how pleasant the experience is, mostly due to some security being very nice, some kinda uncaring, and at least one guy who is aggressively mean. If you have an early morning delivery, they have a large overnight parking lot. Otherwise Pilot and TA are across the street. You can't actually check in until 30 minutes before your appointment, but you can park in staging if you're a bit more than 30 minutes early. They are very prompt with appointments. Yes they have a parking lot but keep in mind that it’s not for everyone. They didn’t let me to park here overnight and the guy at the guard was very rude.
