Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I have only been a member for a month, they are always very polite when I ask tons of questions.
Another bad customer service experience at Costco. I feel like every time I shop here I leave and I question why I renewed my membership when it is the most stressful shopping experience. Long lines, rude employees. I used to love you Costco but now the only thing left I enjoy is your bakery cakes.
Negative 10 star review. They not only lost a $300 sales trip they also lost a current member and potential member. Never been so humiliated at a store. They made me feel as though I should have been driven out of the store in cuffs and in a cop car. All for marking a trip to the store for my mother with her membership card. I guess it was ok to let the lady in front of me to checkout without her drivers license and didn't even know the address on the membership.
