I love to get items in bulk at Costco but I am a shopper with a disability that needs to use a power cart and I can't tell you how many times I have gone there and they either don't have one available or they are not charged. I don't understand why the store only has 4 or 5 power carts total. That's ridiculous! Even Meijer has about 15+ power carts. It is not only frustrating but makes me question why I even spend my money there. Pretty sure Costco makes enough money to supply more power carts for their disabled customers.
While no store is perfect, I have had way more positive experiences than bad ones. Wished they opened earlier and stayed open later. Very good quality merchandise and never had a problem returning items I didn't like.
Have never had a bad experience at any Costco we've gone to. If we had an issue with a product, we brought it back with no muss, no fuss!
It's been years since coming here but as always was great?
