Costco is very huge, very clean, very welcoming to all customers, and I really enjoy it, and the food court is awesome.
We ran over to Costco this morning at 9 AM to pick up pumpkin pies for Christmas day, we get there and they informed us that they ran out yesterday and didn’t bother to make anymore for today.

The hearing aid department is terrible at answering their phone - impossible to schedule an appointment and they no longer take walk-ins. Should be able to schedule an appointment online but can't do that either. Every time you call you have to listen to their entire message. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!!! So if you expect service, probably best to buy your hearing aids somewhere else....
I wish that every Costco customer was courteous enough to find a parking spot when waiting for someone to run in quick and grab something because let's face it, there is nothing quick once you get in Costco. What if every shopper parked and waited in a no parking zone? Costco should designate a loading zone for large items and not where there is heavy traffic and pedestrian traffic.
Been a customer for a long time. Yesterday I had a screw in my front tire. Stopped in around 2:00 p.m. They we're very busy on the tire shop. They said it might be 3 hrs or more. They had me out in 1/1/2 hrs, new tire and all. Good job guys
I work for this Costco and we have an amazing group of people that work here and it is an amazing company for the employees
