Thank you for still offering your members face masks at the door. I went yesterday, my previous mask was unusable. I was skeptical going, because every other store is only selling them. Your greeter politely asked me to put on a mask. When i asked her for 1, gave me a smile when she handed me the box to take 1. She said she's hoping you guys don't stop doing this. So im writing, hoping you guys will continue to offer them to your members.

Clean, organized, super informative and helpful staff.
My parents and our family with 10 kids shopped exclusively for bulk at Costco for years. My dad has several health conditions, but namely one specifically that requires him not to wear a mask. The Grandville Michigan Costco didn’t listen to him when he said he had a medical condition, rather immediately called for security and escorted him out. We are insulted and shocked at this behavior.
I will gladly wear my shirt, my shoes, and pay my membership dues but I will not be forced to wear a mask to shop in this store. I will take my business elsewhere. It’d be nice to get a refund for my recently renewed membership as it has just become useless. 😷🙄

We are just leaving Costco. Much safer than going to other major grocery stores. Employees everywhere directing for social distance, and wearing gloves, not touching your credit card or receipts. Was not crowded. Shelves well stocked with limits on staples. Great job !
Big shout out to the Costco in Grandville. I don’t think I have ever had a more relaxing trip to Costco on a Sunday. The store is all set up and organized for social distancing. Lots of cleaning and sanitizing going on. Plus the employees where super nice and friendly. 👏🏻
