Ever since I started my membership with Costco I have absolutely loved my experience. The prices are just right. Never thought I would buy in bulk, but in the long run it is going to save my family money. Your staff is friendly and courteous.
Waited in a pretty long line to get a membership today to only be told I was in the wrong line and needed to wait in a different line. The employee couldn't care less that I had waited and didn't seem to want my business. When I approached a manager to let them know what had happened and pointed out there is no signage she said "sorry, what can I do to help" I said i'd like a membership and she told me "you'll need to go wait in that line". I'll stick with Sam's Club.
Your phone system is horrible. When i call sams club i can talk to someone on my first dial. So far you've dropped me three times. Of course I wouldn't have to even call if i could order online with instore pickup, once again something Sams club offers. The only thing Sams Club isn't offering is the item we are looking for..... doh
Costco always does a great job of bringing quality to us at fair prices. We rarely are disappointed and if so their Customer Service does a great job. We were however disappointed that they stopped publishing their Holiday Cookbook that they hand out beginning on Black Friday. We have collected these for years and wish they would continue.
I LOVE Costco, but am getting a little tired of them discontinuing common items like frozen orange juice and now frozen corn.
Love this place. Always stock up on what we use. Kirkland brand paper towel is better than Bounty!
I've been a member of Costco since 1978 great place to shop and fill up with gas at a good discount
