My whole family got food poisoning from the grilled chicken except me (I ordered Chile verde) when I called them to notify them that they needed to check their chicken I was put on hold for 12 minutes and the manager basically said "Well no one else has called and we check our meat temperatures and there were no issues yesterday." So unimpressed with their attitude. I wished we had had a better experience because we actually enjoyed our meal, but didn't enjoy it 5 hours later.

Went for Costa Vida instead of the traditional Memorial Day BBQ! It was a win. Loved my shredded beef salad! And even though the employees had to work on Memorial Day, they were still very attentive and pleasant.
My family and I eat here often and yesterday they catered for my sis high school graduation reception. The food was awesome, like always, had the enchilada bar for the reception. Everything went, no left overs. The staff/manager/owners that helped us through the whole time from walking in to make the order and to the day of set up, were all nice, helpful and very good company. Thank you again for your business.
The great folks at Costa Vida catered a graduation celebration at my home. The food was exactly what we'd ordered - including special menu needs - and everything was wonderful. You made a lot of teenagers very happy, one graduate very pleased, and happy hosts. You arrived on time, arranged the meal beautifully in tight quarters, and made sure we had everything we needed before you left. Thank you so much!
Today I had lunch, I really enjoyed the meal. The staff was really friendly and helped make sure you got what you wanted.

The food is the best we eat there almost every Saturday night could use a little more beef on the entrees though :)

The worst experience I have every had in any restaurant. I've managed restaurant for 20 years. It's painfully obvious this has a poor management team if you can call it that. How in the hell do you go into dinner and not have dough to service your customers. Being a Mexican restaurant you would think 85 percent of your customers would be ordering burritos.
