It is pretty frustrating that almost every time that I doordash from Costa Vida in Bountiful my order is either wrong or missing something. My regular salad today had hardly any meat and it was half the size of what it usually is. I have emailed them before but they didn’t care enough to respond. Last time for me.
We’ve been coming to the Bountiful location for years. It’s really gone downhill. There’s nobody really running it anymore. Some teenage kids who have never been told they’re wrong. My salad was served on an ice cold tortilla because they hadn’t made any fresh ones. It was empty in there too, and 5 teens working! No excuse not to have hot tortillas ready. This has to be the WORST location ever, went in to grab a bite as I was starving from driving hours home from a road trip. They barley put any rice or meat and when I asked for smoothed he again barley added any cheese or sauce. Next the lettuce, they gave me 5 little pieces, 5!!!!!! RecommendedI love the workers at this location! Always so friendly and happy, it really is nice. I tried something new this time. I usually get the pork burrito but this time tried the steak salad to switch things up. It was really good. You get all the same things as the burrito pretty much and the dressing is really good!

My whole family got food poisoning from the grilled chicken except me (I ordered Chile verde) when I called them to notify them that they needed to check their chicken I was put on hold for 12 minutes and the manager basically said "Well no one else has called and we check our meat temperatures and there were no issues yesterday." So unimpressed with their attitude. I wished we had had a better experience because we actually enjoyed our meal, but didn't enjoy it 5 hours later.

Ordered the kids quesadilla for my daughter and the thing was seriously 2 bites. The insult was the charge of $1.49 I️ paid for the thing. I’ll start going back to cafe rio where you can order online and their kids quesadilla’s are 4 Times bigger and free! Sorry costa vida-3 strikes and your out.

Ordered the nachos online because I had to pick them up to make it back to work in time and there wasn't even queso on them and they put a tiny amount of guac, sour cream, and pico in cups. I did not request it be made this way. I didn't request anything to be different at all. It was basically a layer of beans and cheese at the bottom of the plate with chips ontop.
