Pushy and sneaky I only went there for convenience as I was in a rush, but I too had heard bad things about their prices and pushy sales pitches. They misrepresent their prices (once you get in there, everything costs extra) and they lie about your wait time (I spent 30 mins waiting for an eyebrow waxing when they told me it would be just 5 mins). Unhappy customer I will never go back--had a $50 gift certificate. I was told that it would be more for extras, so I said I wanted the regular manicure and pedicure. I read the price list on paying, and noticed that I was owed money or a rain check since what I had didn't add up to $50. I was treated very badly by the manager (who claimed he could not make a decision.) The service was not good. Other salons in the area do a much better job. Don't go there!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Besides being very expensive and the ladies trying to talk you into everything under the sun - they are very rude! I went there with a friend that could speak a little Vietnemese and she said that they talk about everyone that comes in the place! They are miserable women! The guy at the front counter creeped me out. Plus, my nails started chipping the next day. Trust me, take your business elsewhere!

Quality costs a little more When I go to less-expensive salons, they make me wait, they are much slower and the work is not as good. At Costa Verde Nails, they always do a great job, and very quickly. I love Catherine, the esthetician. She does a great job with waxing, massages and facials. The massaging chairs for the spa pedicures are great, with soft leather and heated cushions.

Awful place I will never go there again. I can't believe they are still in business. They were rude and expesnive. Everything was an add on. My nails had to be re-done the next day because they started falling off. My SIL had the same experience here.

Good but a tad pricey I go here because it is not too far from where I live, the location is convenient, the nail technicians are good and I am pretty satisfied with the end product. If you can find a coupon book called Dollar Stretcher or maybe through their website, they have coupons to Costa Verde Nails which make it worthwhile. If I didn't get the coupons (used to be one for both manicure and pedicure), I probably wouldn't go to this place since it can get pricy. Want to pay a fortune? I agree with many if not all of the negative reviews on this salon. I went there with my mom and stepdad and left embarrassed and poor. They were extremely pushy and rude to all of us. I had to say yes to some of the extra services I didn't need just to shut them up. I will NEVER go back!
