Quiet, comfortable, it's like living on a resort...
I love this place esp as I usally have the pool all to myself!!!! Now if it would only stop raining so I can enjoy more!!!
I moved to pinellas county in April 2013, and love living in this complex. The staff is excellent.
I love this place! We first moved here in December of 2010 and have been renewing ever since. If something needs repairing, the maintenance staff is so quick to help you. The grounds are kept nice year round. They have little get-togethers for the Costa community for everyone to get to know their neighbors throughout the year. My husband and I had a baby in late 2012. I have lived here 3 years now and plan on renewing again in September! I love it here! The location is great, but the grounds and property are kept so nicely which is a great selling point. When I need any repairs, they are always quick and efficient. The office is wonderful as well! I cannot imagine living anywhere else in Seminole! As long as I wish to stay in an apartment I will be here!
