RecommendedWe lived at Costa Del Sol for 5 years before buying a home and can't recommend them enough! They really take care of you here. If there's ever a problem maintenance comes out quick to fix it or if they can't they replace it. They keep the place clean, are constantly doing updates, communicate well, have security on site sometimes, it's like your own little
The office staff and maintenance crew are really helpful, and they take care of any issues very quickly. I highly recommend Costa del Sol! I've been living here 11 years now with no plans to move any time soon.
The office staff is wonderful, but the maintenance staff is AWESOME!! They go beyond the problem that they came to fix and they notice things that also need to be fixed...that I'm not even aware of. I've been here over 6 years and have never had a bad experience with the office or the maintenance team.
My fiancé and I have been living here since January this year and we love it! It is very quiet and clean. I also really appreciated getting a discount for being a teacher. Our dog (Gatsby) loves the dog park and being able to sit out on our porch. Would most definitely recommend.
I really enjoyed living at Costa Del Sol, for the almost year I was there I got nothing but complaints from other tenets, and from the management. When leaving, they screwed us out of most of the deposit we put down for a minor carpet tear from our dog. Definitely not worth the time stayed for the hassle it was to be there.
Good, clean place to live. Been living here since December and haven’t had any problems. Fairly quiet here, and nice staff too!
This is a nice complex. I like living here. The management is very good.
