Honestly think I'm done with Cost Cutters after many years. I showed up 2 minutes early for a 4:30pm appointment...the 2 employees told me to wait outside and someone would get me in a minute. Waited about 10 minutes outside... I'm pretty sure they had a smoke break while someone should have been cutting my hair. After someone finally did cut my hair, they then charge $3 extra for some sort of sanitation fee. They're charging more to the paying customers because they dont have enough business.
