Made appointment to get my hair fixed after attempt on my own with highlights, the crown of my hair is what needed to be corrected. The stylist attempted to fix it twice, I still left looking terrible. My hair had spots and uneven lines, the color was off as well. Made an appointment three days prior with Lauren. While I was waiting for her to arrive, another customer walked in right behind her and was immediately seated at my precise appointment time. As I looked at Lauren in some amazement, she asked me if I had appointment and I told her I did, with her, for now. All I got was a "Oh, sorry". She has previously stood me up on another occasion, so apparently customer service isn't a priority. To future customers, good luck; I'm finding another shop.

RecommendedI feel like a new person after getting my hair done today. it is amazing how a good wash and trim can make you feel. I so missed my weekly visits to see Kelly. it really lifts my spirits to go in and have my hair done. I love talking to Kelly and Bralynn while getting pampered. Well worth the money.
