Recommended.Really annoyed they cancelled an appointment last minute- not too happy and certainly didn't sound like an emergency.
My husband has tried getting a haircut the last 2 nights. He shows up 1 hour before closing and they turn him away saying they are done for the night.

Totally "butchered" my daughters hair last night. They gave the cut to her for free and as she left in tears they offered to fix it the next day. Well - newsflash - once you chop it off you can't put it back on!!
