Amazing staff and location! Many of the residents travel for work or are not there a lot so it's very quiet for bing in the heart of downtown Indy.
The location is what you (over) pay for. The staff is amazing. The Apts are nice but obviously "quickly made" (ie interior of cabinets). No guest parking even though tho garage is never over half full. Over priced.
