I’ve used Cosmo several times and always a good experience. But, today I had the rudest technician ever. Very unfriendly and did a poor job. She didn’t get the dry skin off around my toes and she didn’t even get all the old polish off of my nails. Worst ever! I bet she didn’t speak 5 words to me and her attitude was bad! Money wasted!
