I went to get a set of Dip nails done, the technician was very rough in the cuticle cleaning process and excessively cut into my cuticle. As a result my finger started bleeding during the cleaning process. Additionally, two fingernails have chipped within a week of getting the manicure. I went here on a friend's recommendation and expected better customer service

I am so upset 😭 I’ve never had this bad of an experience before until now. I got my nails done a little over a week ago and this is how they look now 😭 three of my nails are peeling and they’re still wet underneath!! I asked for black nails and they have me blue, when I got one of my nails fixed the day after for the same reason they actually painted that nail black. My nails are lumpy and I just want them fixed 😭 they also overcharged me $5 for extra length when this ain’t the length that I wanted and I told him that too... read more
