As soon I walked in I was greeted. I got acrylic tip dipped power, absolutely love my nails. Jason was friendly and did a great job on my nails . It’s been hard for me to find a nail shop that doesn’t make my nails thick and crooked. I’m gonna make this my nail shop.
We recently moved to the area and I was looking for a new nail salon. The lady I spoke to was very professional and was able to accommodate my time for the same day. Cosmo nails & spa was very clean and had the best selection of dipped colors. My nail technician was fast and efficient. Unfortunately, the dipped color I selected was a champagne, but the color turned out bright pink. I went back in with my husband to check the color and my nail technician came right over. Awesome place and they do a great job!
Horrible customer service, they messed up my nails something terrible!! Two days later the nail polish was STILL wet, and started to peel. Then got an attitude because I wanted them fixed!! Will NEVER go here again, and will DEFINITELY NOT recommend their services to ANYONE ELSE!!
Tina did my French manicure dip today and gave the best service I’ve ever had. I will be returning and asking for Tina from now on.
