I tend to be very picky and if I am not happy I will not go back. I have been very pleased with the service and quality here. They are very good at making my crazy requests happen.
I just moved here in May from St Louis and had been looking for a nail spa. Pedicure, eyebrows, the service, the shop and environment was/is on point!! Will be returning in a couple of weeks.
Took my grand daughter to get our nails done the weekend before Halloween. While she was drying her nails at the nail drying table she burnt her arm on the light. Now I know accidents happen but shouldn't those lights have covers on them to protect the costumer. When I told them they blew it off and acted they they didn't understand what I was saying and offered no compensation. I had to go to the back to get her a cool rag for her arm myself. I went in today for a pedicure and it was the worst experience I've ever had. I've had numerous pedicures before, so I know what to expect. The lady that I had was rough and hurt me several times just clipping my cuticles and nails. She was very rough with the file also. She was rushed and even put my flip flops on me with the toe spreaders still between my toes. Won't go back. The guy that I had used a scrubber on my foot, where there was no callous, and rubbed it raw. Still have a sore there. The leg rub he did was only on the front of my leg, over and over, not on the calf where the muscle is. Not relaxing at all.
This has been my choice of places for many years but was disappointed with the atmosphere and the outcome for my daughter in law at our recent visit. Conversation among those working does not usually consists of 3 of them conversing back and forth in a loud tone and laughing. I'm not against enjoying yourself at work, but multiple times they stopped during the pedi to do this which I feel is rude to any customer paying for service.
