Great folks! Known them for years. Willing to do whatever it takes to make it right. Still mourning the loss of Rapid Transit but relieved to see Chris and Justyna have their new shop open. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
Based on my experience buying a bike and miscellaneous gear over many years at Rapid Transit, I am giving a 5 star review. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are fair and the selection is great.
I've known Justyna, Chris, and most of their staff for years. Amazing human beings. Oh, and they really know bikes. Combined they have been working on pedal-powered machines longer than I have been alive, a couple times over. I would not hesitate to trust them with any of my bikes.
