I recently took my bike there for a fix. It required a new rear wheel. Service was very professional. They ordered a wheel replacement and installed it. It only took a week because they had to order the wheel from a supplier on the east coast. But WOW! Bike feels SO MUCH BETTER! I’m very satisfied by the service and how excellent the job was done! Highly recommend! Plus they sell so many parts, equipment, and accessories!!! I’m so glad they are so close from home too!! So convenient!! 5/5

We are a family who loves to bike together! However, my bike - an ElliptiGo 8C - is very unique. As a runner for over 30 years, this bike has been my saving grace because it keeps my knees happy. It has been very hard to find service providers to maintain it, though, because it is a "rarer" ride. If you have an ElliptiGo or any other unique bike, you MUST have Cosmic Bikes take care of it! I'd be hard pressed to find a more helpful and friendly bike shop. My family has sent ALL of our bike business here almost as soon as they opened a few years back. So glad they moved into the neighborhood but I'd travel a lot further for these folks.
Great service every time I go in. Chris, Justyna and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic local shop.
