My first time at the store. It’s been recommended to me by numerous people. I needed a new bike helmet so I went to Cosmic to see what they had. Excellent customer service. Was very happy that I went and will def. go back again.
I came from out of state for a bike ride in Chicago and forgot my helmet at home! I had originally bought my bike 4 years earlier from Cosmic's previous business and looked them up. They are a small business that I'm happy to support.
Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Always willing to go above and beyond. Prime example of what an LBS should be.
I wish I could give 10 stars. 5 stars is excellent, but they went above and beyond any expectation. I got a 15-point tune-up and my bike looks beautiful and "purrs like a kitten." I had gotten a tune-up somewhere else before and the results weren't anything like this. Lovely people, convenient location, and such a knowledgeable group of people. They are the best! Many, many thanks.
Cosmic bikes has made it to the top of my list for any bike needs!!! They were on their feet to help with my sons bike! Got it taken care of quickly within the last 45 min of their work day ending! I am amazed at their advice and professionalism! Thank u from both my son and I!
This place is the best!! It's so great that there are still small businesses that give you personal attention, that you can trust and that truly care about making you happy. We started with getting my son a new bike and then kept returning for bikes for my other son, my wife and finally me. I've owned bikes my whole life but never knew they were the wrong size and style for me (I'm tall and mostly ride on streets). Chris and Justyna worked with me on what I needed and found me the perfect bike and I am thrilled with it!
