My advice...if you KNOW you hair is curly and the stylist tells you "she doesn't detect any curls," insist that it is. I ended up with a mess of a layered haircut that sticks out everywhere. It curls up in humidity. If I flat iron it, it's too thin because of all the layers that were supposed to "create movement." This will take a year of growth to correct.

Pros: The place has a very friendly feel to it. I walked in and everyone smiled at me. Its a very cute salon that was pretty busy when I got there. I had my hair done by Maya and she was so sweet! My hair looked great and she did a great cut. After my appointment, the woman who owned the salon helped me. She had just walked in and saw that the receptionist was away. I love this hair salon! I run by here everyday and finally decided to give it a try. I am so happy I did. Melvie is my stylist. She gives a great haircut and I love my color. The place is very laid back but sometimes very busy. I do get massages by Jen there too! Cool little place for anyone looking for the laid back hair salon.

I love this place. Kind of busy on the weekends and its hard to get on someones book sometimes. It has a small beauty shop feel and everyone is nice there. Ive had a haircut from three different stylist and I have like them all. I live in Cypress but stop on my way home. As soon as I walked in, I get a smile. Love it!

Melvie is a pro! – I loved my coworkers hair so I decided to try her stylist. I got lucky and called. I was able to get my appointment the following day. I went in and melvie gave me a quick consultation. I enjoyed my conversation with her and her color and cut looked great! I looked great! :) I've been receiving compliments since. My husband never notices my hair and he even complimented me. The salon is small but very comfy. Clean and my time was nice. thank you Cosa Bella.

Cool place with a couple of kinks – I was given a gift certificate for a spa package for my birthday. I had called to schedule my manni and pedi and was able to schedule my haircut. This went well but I had to call a different person to get my facial service. This was just horrible because I tried calling 2 times with no answer. When I did reach her I had to go on a different day and she was late. The service was ok at best. I have had better facials at other places in the Heights. Great Services!!! – Myra is awesome! She takes her time to make sure everything is right and perfect. I have had so many compliments on my eye brows because of my services. She's personal and scheduling is so easy because she's so flexible!!! I feel like I'm going to my friend's house rather than going to a salon because the environment there is so relax, warming, and cheerful.
