This is the best place to live! So many things to do if you want to participate in, everyone is friendly and always there if you need help and you couldn't ask for better management. I would recommend it highly to anyone.
I moved into Coryell Commons in September of 2017. I am 100% satisfied with my decision to move here. Our manager, Ken is always willing to assist the residents. He is friendly and available. The maintenance staff are professional and courteous. Residents are friendly and I have made many new friends. Coryell Commons is a community rather than an apartment complex. Two gentlemen, Sean and Ken, came to repair an air leak in our patio door today. They were the nicest and most polite maintenance team that I have ever encountered. I hope they are recognized for their service. We live in Coryell Commons and the manager, named Ken as well, makes living here a joy!
For the short time I've lived here I've enjoyed every moment of it! The residents are so welcoming and the place is very peaceful. Lots of things to do for the active person.
I moved here from Seattle area site unseen, from Internet views and phone discussions with the manager, Ken. Coryell Commons did NOT disappoint. My apartment is so stunning people's jaws drop when they first walk in. Tons of closet space. Manager is available, responsive and fun. Neighbors friendly and welcoming. The place is well insulated and quiet. I am super pleased with my decision!
