I called Corwin Toyota in Colorado Springs when they opened at 8am to see if they still had an SUV. ****** told me yes but they was getting a-lot of interest in it. He told me he would put a sold sign on it if I gave him a non refundable $1000. I told him sure because we wanted it. I gave him my credit card number. The dealer lied about the deposit. She said it was refundable, and that if anything was wrong with the car, I would get it back. When the car was looked at by the dealership they said it was not able to be sold and then she refused to give the thousand dollar deposit back. Do not go to this dealership.

Absolutely horrible dealership I do not recommend this company to anybody especially if youre female. I found a vehicle online that I wanted to buy for my son for his graduation. I contacted them on a Friday I was told that I need to put down $1000 deposit to hold the vehicle as it had just arrived into the store, and they needed to do a check on the car; not a problem I understood and I complied with $1000 deposit on Friday. FRAUD - Corwin Toyota posts intentionally DECEPTIVE PHOTOS to hide vehicle damage! They mirror-imaged multiple pictures of the good side of the car to make it look like there were views of all sides when in fact they hid significant damage on the other side of the car. I will never do buisness with corwin again. They have a rav4 prime on the lot. When I looked it up on their website all it says is msrp $49k. I called them and asked about it. Was rsally interested until they told me about the $10k mark up. So a car that normally sells for $49k is now selling for almost $60k. Why would I want to deal with a dishonest dealership. I'm tired of hearing "well dealers can do that". Yup and consumers can go elsewhere to honest dealers. I bought a car from them 2 years ago.... never again will I de... read more

Absolutely terrible service, purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it took 4 months to get a maintenance check to then let me know they lied about the condition of the vehicle entirely. Ive sunk thousandth of my own money into the vehicle to get it running safely again and after attempting to return the vehicle they still want $7,000 in order for me to return the vehicle I will no longer be using. Absolutely cheap dealership with no morals or any care for buyer well being.

DECEPTIVE DEALERSHIP PRACTICES. Used classic bait and switch sales approach. Listed vehicles on website that are not availble. Confirmed an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle that they quoted a price. When I showed up at the dealership, minutes later, they said they didnt have the vehicle, and in fact didnt have any of the vehicles of the several listed on their webpage. I understand I have the option buy a vehicle from a car deal of my choice and I also understand that a car dealer doesn't have to sell me a car. I have been looking at and talking to Larry H Miller Ford in Lakewood Colorado about a truck they have offered for sale. The first problem was they are asking $21,940.00 this is $7,000.00 more than the blue book value of the vehicle. Where should begin? We originally purchased our RAV-4 in 2019 and it was a positive experience, but returning has been an awful experience. My husband is a new military member and returning/terminating our lease using the SCRA (a federal regulation) has been an absolute nightmare.
