We were originally planning to just look at a vehicle we were interested in. The salesperson showed us several vehicles that were better than the ones located in the Seattle area. An hour later the deal was done. The followup sales pitches for warranty upgrades was not appreciated.
Garrett made the entire process so smooth! He was quick to reach out when the vehicle I was interested in became available and kept me informed every step of the way. I really appreciate his responsiveness and genuine desire to ensure I had a great experience.
These guys don't answer the phone. I've called every day this week. The only way to talk to someone is to go in person. They may be helpful at first, but will tell you they will call you later. They don't. How is it that Ford makes a Hybrid and can't even service a hybrid vehicle, if they do, they want to replace something instead. There's plenty of evidence everywhere that states voltage imbalances between cells can be balanced through a Ford program called Forscan or through Ford IDS, yet, no one is trained or has any clue... read more
The service advisor was amazing. The only complaint I have is I was very surprised by the final bill which was 595.00 more than we started. Yes, we added two items but I didn’t know what it would cost me for those items until the car was completed.
