I have 2 recalls on my 2017 Ford truck. And they won't even touch it.
Corwin Ford really has their stuff together. You can tell the team works hard on customer service and operations. I had a comment about how the website didn't do something correctly on incentives and a recommendation and the person I was working with stopped and made a note in their phone about getting it fixed, with who, etc. Great team all around! Thanks
2020 Explorer Platinum w/ 40,000 miles and transfer case cracked and failed. Full after market warranty. 6 weeks in shop because I wouldn’t pay for tear down, Corwin still tried to get thousands of dollars from us, and charge almost $300 for fee from our warranty parts arriving. I will not invest in another ford( 3rd Explorer). Service writer called afterward and demanded a 5 star rating. Shame on Ford.
Got 2 trucks now with Corwin Ford , 1 f150 and 1 F250 HD , all have been great and reliable now for the last couple years ! And just picking up my 3rd truck this month from them 😀Shout out to Cisco for making it a smooth and easy process for me 🤝
Very Bad experience. Bought a Vehicle in 2017 super awesome people to deal with. This time completely different. Went there on a Friday walked through their lots, went inside stood at the desk for someone to help us no one even walked over. There were people sitting on desks and the receptionist was having a personal conversation about plans after work. So we decided to leave.
