Poco serio a la hora de respetar las reglas, plantas de marihuana en departamentos, todos los dias sentiamos el olor a la marihuana, pisos sucios que pasan meses y nos limpiaban, el parque de los niños en mal estado y a veces con escremento de perros o ropa tirada.. el sabado me remolcaron un auto que estaba inscrito en el contrato, se lo llevaron sin dar explicación de parte de la administración, el Dinero tuvo que de nuestro bolsillo, muy mal, Destaco que si son buenos para organizar eventos de navidad y otras..
There is dog poop everywhere around the neighborhood. You can’t walk on the sidewalk without looking down. There is tons of dog poop on the sidewalk and just the smell of it as you walk around Cortland. Not to mention the amount of trash just left around the neighborhood. The package room is extremely unorganized and takes forever just to find your own package and the water pressure severely lacks. staff is nice.
UPDATE 3/28: Dog is still there in this heat. The dog lays down and cannot be seen, but he's there. I am editing this review for the third time because this issue continues to occur within the community. It is unacceptable that routine rounds are not being conducted to check on the welfare of the animals living here. There is a Husky in Building 15740, (third floor - you can see the crate in the balcony, opposite side of the pool) that is confined inside a crate for most of the day and night.
