The community at Cortland South Kendall used to be great, but unfortunately, management has taken it in the wrong direction. The biggest issue is that they simply don’t listen to residents. We’ve had two dogs hospitalized due to pesticide exposure — one back in March and another just last week. Both times, veterinarians confirmed toxicity from external substances. I feel sick to my stomach every time I see this old, black dog locked out on a balcony, left there 24 hours a day in the heat with no access to proper shelter, barking, and crying for help. He's on the third floor. Happy to share exact location but I'm sure they are fully aware of where they live. Building 15756, floor 3, apartment facing dumpster.

I came by for a tour recently and Danielle was awesome! She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knew her stuff. She showed me around the property and made everything feel so simple and stress-free. The community looks great and has a really welcoming vibe. You can tell Danielle loves what she does, she made a great impression. Definitely recommend asking for her if you stop by!
