We have only been living here for a few weeks, but so far so good. Move in process easy. Apartment was move in ready. The office staff, Taylor, Stephanie, Paige and Cidni are professional, always eager to help and welcoming. The maintenance staff is crazy responsible and responsive. We had a leak in our bathroom late one Saturday night, we put in a request . They were literally knocking at our door within ten minutes and fixed it. Morgan was the best leasing agent I ever experienced. Very knowledgeable, friendly and on point. She really knows how to close. She is patient and really answered every question i had. She did not make me feel rushed at all. She is a Gem and deserves a raise and/or bonus. She represented the Corltland brand very well!
Lease will be ending soon but won’t be renewing with Cortland due to office management. Highly unorganized and switch up a lot of statements made about requirements to transfer or change lease. What was crazy is that they let me rent out a single bedroom and saw that my first jobs income was less than 3x the rent. Still let me move in.
