After all this sleet/ freezing rain/ snow yesterday, no one put a second coating of salt or sand on the sidewalks or parking lot, or shoveled anything. After the first batch of snow fell and that salt was washed away... nothing. Well -- it all re-froze, and now I'm walking my dog at 6 PM wondering where I'm supposed to walk, as everything has ice/ snow on it. I enjoyed viewing Cortland Midtown East apartment complex. The place was beautiful! I love the gym! Katie, the leasing agent, was an absolute delight! She had a bubbly personality and was knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the tour! Overall, a very positive experience.
THE place to live if you are moving to the Raleigh area! The management and maintenance are amazing, if you have an issue they really care and do their best to help resolve it. Location is great, close to downtown and all the food spots. They have plenty of amenities and event’s if you’re more of a homebody. If you are looking for a new home ask for Paige, she is a superstar- promise you won’t get any better customer service anywhere else!
Leasing agent couldn’t have acted more inconvenienced and annoyed to be there. The apartments look nice but kinda dirty and loud highway noise. On a side note, there’s absolutely no reason I should have to consent to giving up my biometric data to simply tour an apartment, which is what they make you do instead of just handing them your ID. Can definitely see the cons of corporate ownership.
The community is a wonderful place to live, and the appliances are all updated. I haven't heard had any complaints. Taylor was an excellent agent who explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend her, and I'm very happy with my decision.
