After all this sleet/ freezing rain/ snow yesterday, no one put a second coating of salt or sand on the sidewalks or parking lot, or shoveled anything. After the first batch of snow fell and that salt was washed away... nothing. Well -- it all re-froze, and now I'm walking my dog at 6 PM wondering where I'm supposed to walk, as everything has ice/ snow on it. THE place to live if you are moving to the Raleigh area! The management and maintenance are amazing, if you have an issue they really care and do their best to help resolve it. Location is great, close to downtown and all the food spots. They have plenty of amenities and event’s if you’re more of a homebody. If you are looking for a new home ask for Paige, she is a superstar- promise you won’t get any better customer service anywhere else!
Leasing agent couldn’t have acted more inconvenienced and annoyed to be there. The apartments look nice but kinda dirty and loud highway noise. On a side note, there’s absolutely no reason I should have to consent to giving up my biometric data to simply tour an apartment, which is what they make you do instead of just handing them your ID. Can definitely see the cons of corporate ownership.
I’ve really enjoyed living at Cortland Midtown East. The community is clean, well maintained, and in a super convenient location. Katie has been especially helpful and responsive, which has made the experience even better. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I’d recommend it.
This apartment has been my home for the last 2 years and has been a great property. Paige and the team are great and don't get me started on how fast the Maintenace guys are. They will fix things within the hour it seems. Lovely place that is tucked away too which is great location with Iron Works/many other close groceries.
