I have now been living here for about 15 months and I just moved from a 1 br to a 2 br apt Paige and Stephanie in the office are absolute rockstars I deal primarily with Paige because she’s who originally signed me up She is amazing and responsive. Great place & area to rent from! Probably the best value to amenity ratio within 10 min radius of downtown. Really liked working with Paige in the leasing office. That place couldn’t run without her! Really only left because it was time for me to finally buy.
I should have listened to my friends who lived here previously. Management DOES NOT CARE about their residents!! The front office doesn't answer questions in person. They get a cute smirk on their face when you mention things that are wrong. E.g. the Atria gym cable machine has been broken since I moved in AUGUST 2024!! 1/4 treadmills used to work and now none work "we recommend not using faulty equipment for safety reasons TEE HEE!" We have only been living here for a few weeks, but so far so good. Move in process easy. Apartment was move in ready. The office staff, Taylor, Stephanie, Paige and Cidni are professional, always eager to help and welcoming. The maintenance staff is crazy responsible and responsive. We had a leak in our bathroom late one Saturday night, we put in a request . They were literally knocking at our door within ten minutes and fixed it.
