Leasing agent couldn’t have acted more inconvenienced and annoyed to be there. The apartments look nice but kinda dirty and loud highway noise. On a side note, there’s absolutely no reason I should have to consent to giving up my biometric data to simply tour an apartment, which is what they make you do instead of just handing them your ID. Can definitely see the cons of corporate ownership.
I’d like to give a shout out to Taylor and Paige for welcoming me with open arms. Moving is never easy and they helped me make such a seamless transition onto my next chapter. I moved from Cary and am super ecstatic to finally be a Raleigh resident. Having a hospitable staff is imperative in a multitude of ways. Lastly, I’m elated and ecstatic to be part of this wonderful community!!! Thank you for having me.
We've had a great experience with Cortland Midtown East. The property is well-kept, in a fantastic location, and the team is top-notch. Paige has been especially helpful throughout our process. She’s responsive, professional, and went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made our experience truly stress-free. Highly recommend both the community and the support from Paige!
THE place to live if you are moving to the Raleigh area! The management and maintenance are amazing, if you have an issue they really care and do their best to help resolve it. Location is great, close to downtown and all the food spots. They have plenty of amenities and event’s if you’re more of a homebody. If you are looking for a new home ask for Paige, she is a superstar- promise you won’t get any better customer service anywhere else!
I urge you to avoid this complex at all costs. I regret ever moving in as it has been nonstop issues. 1. Our apartment has continuously leaked when it rains. We’ve had maintenance out several times, but it’s never been fully resolved. 2. Cockroaches are an issue. We keep our place clean, but still can’t seem to keep cockroaches out. Despite them having a pest service that I’ve only seen once since I moved in. 3.
