RecommendedWe moved in recently and are completely in love with our new apartment. It’s a such a peaceful community and there is always something fun going on. Our apartment is beautiful (we got lucky with a lake view). The gym is huge and brand new. The staff is super friendly, from the day you apply they make you feel at home. Our puppy loves it too, we have one of the dog parks next to our building. Can’t recommend this place enough.
We absolutely love it here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful during the moving process. Having two dog parks and two pools is great! We definitely feel safe and secure behind the gates. The Monday-Friday trash pickup is also a great bonus. The weekly food trucks and other events makes it easy to get to know your neighbors. Inside the apartments look amazing. All the appliances and amenities look very nice and sleek. Highly recommend!
We love living here! We live right on the lake, in between both pools and both dog parks. We've met so many lovely people while living here. The community and staff are all so friendly. If we ever have a problem, someone in the office is always there to help. My daughter can also walk right across the street and attend Seminole State College. We love our apartment at Cortland Lake Lotus. All of the finishes are great, the amenities are wonderful, and the staff is very helpful. They bring in food trucks every week and plan great community events. Stella loves her new apartment!
Always super helpful and on top of all requests! The office/maintenance staff are very respectful and honest when it comes to any questions or concerns. Always willing to help make renting less scary when it comes to service/living. They always have community events that make you feel welcomed. Highly recommend this community for quality living!

I am very satisfied with the maintenance and how quickly they take care of property maintenance. Marlon from maintenance was truly polite, efficient and prompt to assist with my apartment repairs.
Up until last week I was going to write a great review for this place, however events from us moving out have change my mind and I’m letting the good times roll. Our problems started about a month before we were supposed to move in. We originally signed a lease for an apartment on the second floor and were supposed to move in August 31st.
