Great place to live. Beautiful grounds and homes; helpful and friendly staff. It really is a community. Looking forward to the amenities reopening post-COVID.

The Garratt is a beautiful community with an extraordinary staff! Taylor was wonderful and not only went above in beyond to make our experience great but was very helpful. I am so happy to call this place our home!

PROS: Location is great, and I love the layout/floor plans. HOWEVER, with that being said - those are the only pro's I can list. CONS: The leasing staff has a very high turnover rate. There seems to always be new employees with limited knowledge, that cannot seem to help with anything. Most are very unprofessional, and just flat out rude. If you request to speak to a manager, they are either not in the office for 3+ days at a time, or you will get a run-around of why they cannot talk to you. Steer clear of Ballpark Lofts. I was very excited to rent an apartment with them but haven't been able to get anyone in the leasing office to respond for a week. There's something seriously wrong when a prospective renter can't get a hold of a leasing agent to have simple questions answered.

My fiancée and I just moved into our first apartment together a week ago and we have had a great experience so far! Jessica has been such a big blessing and helping hand to us. We had nearly no issues moving in besides our shower curtain not working. However, they fixed it immediately after putting in a service request! So great. We haven’t been able to use the amazing amenities yet due to the weather, but I’m so excited to finally get in the beautiful pool!! 10/10 recommend so far! 😍

Wonderful property. Highly recommend. The office staff is super kind and helpful. They know you by name when you go in. I feel safe and very welcomed here. Jessica was so helpful. I moved from another state and she went above and beyond to assist me. Plus,All work orders are done extremely fast with a very professional crew. Love my new apartment! 10 out 10 for sure!!

I've lived here for over a year. I've been calling and emailing the staff here for weeks waiting to hear back from the manager. She was going to contact Cortland and get back to me about a possible extension of my lease for 3 months. My lease has already expired and I'm now being charged the month-to-month rate, which is significantly higher. COVID-19 is not making my financial situation any better.
