Verified Renter I love living at Cortland Broomfield. The office staff are wonderful, open, and honest. They even called in the middle of the pandemic to check in on us as residents. The office staff is always available to listen to your needs or suggestions. I appreciate that they value the communities safety and demonstrate that by closing amenities during the pandemic. I do hope they are able to open back up soon, I would love to use the pool for summer time!!
Verified Renter The staff here are kind and thoughtful. They remember everyone's names. They are timely with any communication and follow up to residents about needs, office closures, or concerns. It is a clean and quiet property with close proximity to the interstate so you can easily get to denver or boulder. Everyone seems friendly and kind. It really does feel like home.

We had a small issue with the silicone seal on our kitchen sink basin when we fist moved in and Kyle from the maintenance team came out and fixed it the following day.
