Verified Renter Cortland Broomfield has been all around a positive experience. The staff has always been nothing short of professional and respectful, and helpful when we're in need. There have been bumps here and there with misunderstanding exact pricing when moving in and being fair with conflict resolution regarding a noise complaint, but otherwise they have been all around pleasant to work with! I'd still reccomend the community to a friend or family member looking for an apartment in the Broomfield area.
