Verified Renter Cortland at Broomfield is a great place to live. Lots of dogs around, friendly people, and the apartments are very comfortable. Everything is modern and updated, the insulation is great, and if we ever need anything, the maintenance team is always there to help. I highly recommend living here as it’s been such a great experience for my family and myself.

Verified Renter We love living here. The community is friendly, the building and lot are always clean, and there is always available parking near our entrance. Pet friendly and it shows. I love seeing all the dogs around. Our apartment itself is wonderful and spacious, plenty of room for our pets to run around and insulated so well that we barely have to use our heater in the winter.

I have been here over 2 years now, the staff is super friendly, eager to assist and the maintenance staff are professional and quick to resolve any issues. Our interactions are genuine and the property is very close to2 hotels, a starbucks and a few restaurants all walking distance. I highly recommend this appartment building.
