The management team made the transition so easy and made our kids feel at home right away, which meant a lot to us.... And the fact that it’s only 20 minutes away from Denver and 15 minutes away from Boulder makes it super convenient. This place exceeded our expectations.

This place is great! This place is great! I have been living here since August. There were some issues with the new construction but the maintenance team took care of them right away. It is always nice to see someone from the office or from the maintenance team. They care about the tenants and try to make this an excellent community. I also love the amenities… Exercise room, business room and party room in every building! I have a one bedroom unit with a great floor plan, with a spacious bathroom.
