Would not recommend living here. Went in and threw away/stole my belongings and my son's toys before I had to turn my keys in, and no it was not an eviction. Did not receive a call or anything, they did a walk through without me. I also went days without a.c. during the summer with a 6 month old while it was 100 degrees outside...the maintenance guy said he forgot. Cops constantly in the neighborhood.

Management was poor. You hear everything from the floors above or below depending on what floor your on. Kids are destructive and often times I found had problems with the porch or windows being messed with.

I've lived in cortland for very long time. The apartments have plenty of space for growing families. The structures could have had some more sound proofing but hey its an apartment. Bob does not seem like much of a people person but does know what he is doing as a manager, plus I've seen him laugh so he's ok with me. Ben goes above and beyond to make sure any issues you may have are addressed. He also looks for ways go constantly improve the neighborhood. This is one of the worst places I have ever lived. Poor mgmt. Loud neighbors. Bad kids. No respect for adults. Parents don't care and neither does MGMT. I can hear 3rd floor apt. noise. I know that sounds weird but I know what I'm hearing. Second floor is hearing as well. When you call office to complain all they say is I can't imagine how you can hear from thir floor. I have invited the to my apartment to hear for them selves but they have yet to come hear for themselves. Imagine that! !!!!
