A few years back when I moved in it was a wonderful experience in a location to live. In the past year the complex has moved in a different direction and it is not an enjoyable experience any longer. Cars broken into fights in the parking lot trash everywhere just keeps going and going downhill. Now you can't even take a walk around the location without feeling threatened. I love my apartment, it is spacious and comfortable. I've been living here for a year and I've never had any complaints, no discomfort and no troublesome neighbor. At least in my building 12825 everything stays clean and tidy. I think that depends on the cooperation of each of the residents.
I currently live in one of their other properties, after living in cortland. I have never had a worse leasing office experience than with shaool management. If I could get an answer when I call either their cortland or fountainview properties that would be amazing. Waiting on maintenance at least a month for repairs, receiving utility bills a week before they are due. Obviously, they aren't worried about managing properties, they just want my money.
