The employees are nice, the wash is decent...the corporate office response is terrible. The website is awful and not user friendly. I've contacted the office through their website multiple times regarding issues with their membership system and never get a response. Is it really that difficult?
Honestly, customer of many years but everything is beautiful until until Car Wash damages your car the damage is caused more than $2300 and he looks for such a stupid excuse with a simple photo to not pay for the damage. And the store manager lying all the time.
Yesterday I went through Sam’s Car Wash Express in Newport, SC, and their wash system ripped the bug deflector off the front of my truck. The on-site staff were kind and professional, but that’s where the good experience ended. I got a call today from someone named Ansley (or Ainsley — hard to tell), and she informed me they’re denying my claim because my truck is a 2013. This is a warning for others! Let me preface this by saying: I didn’t just get my car washed—I survived an ordeal. This place should come with a warning label and a waiver. First, the staff looked confused when I pulled in. Not busy—confused, like they’d never seen a car before. Still satisfied overall, but have become increasingly concerned with amenities being discontinued. E.G. no coffee, no spray bottles. And, of course, the cost of membership keeps rising. Also, the drying portion of the wash is very inconsistent.
