Still satisfied overall, but have become increasingly concerned with amenities being discontinued. E.G. no coffee, no spray bottles. And, of course, the cost of membership keeps rising. Also, the drying portion of the wash is very inconsistent.
I was successfully refunded for a year of membership that I didn't use. The only reason why it's not 5 stars is because I think it should be more difficult to accidentally sign up for a membership, or it should force you to enter in an email that automatically sends you invoices for each payment. This will prevent people from being mysteriously charged for unused months. The customer service was great.

Please warn about this business and the policy of no refund that is crazy it 2024 most every business will refund your money don't use them the woman at corporate office is very rude they a bunch of very rude and unprofessional .Wow
First let me say the employees at the car wash locations were always friendly and helpful. This business charged me for well over a year for a service I didn’t use once. I went into their Mooresville location to cancel and found out months later it still hadn’t been canceled. I called customer service and the receptionist was very rude in her tone and in my request for the membership to be canceled. To top it off I was only refunded for the last three months.
