Chrissy gets excited about going to the dentist to have her teeth cleaned. Even though she had a cavity, they really made her feel better about getting it filled. She's nervous, but not terrified! I also REALLY appreciated that when I mentioned we were having trouble getting Chrissy to brush her teeth, they explained to Chrissy the importance of brushing her teeth. It makes a huge difference for a child to hear it from a professional! :)
Appreciate the professionalism, it was fun watching the cap/CAD machine!

Great customer service and great customer care. Highly recommend.
We brought him in for a sore/achy tooth and were afraid he'd have to have it extracted. The parent is asked not to go back with the child, because kids act like kids when the parent is around ;) He was made to feel comfortable and was given a choice of numbing and removing the tooth, or work it out himself. He chose the latter, of course. We love our dentist and all the staff there!
I left work late for my appointment. I notified them and they were very helpful. They were prepared for me and had everything was finished so I could return to work on time.
Absolutely great experience once again. Their ability to put kids at ease Is excellent as well.
