Every staff member knows my name and asks how my family members are doing. I'm treated with kindness and respect anytime I go in. Nicole helped me get an appointment that fit my schedule best, even though that meant she had to call me each time they had an opening at that time. Plus, my teeth feel super clean and pain free! :)

My visit was very professional, starting with the receptionist. The nurse was very proficient in all that she did to prepare me for the extraction by Dr Lutz Craver, & her communication with me was very good. Dr Lutz Craver did very well in advising me what to do about my tooth & the extraction was quick & painless & she was very thorough in showing me what she had done.

I could not have asked for a better experience! I have been three times in the last month (once for myself, once with my 2-year-old and once with my 8-year-old). All three visits were great! The technology is amazing, Katie was amazing with my boys...she explained everything to them and made it a fun experience. My oldest son said it was the coolest office he had ever seen!

My 9 year old daughter had her very first cavity filled today. She is a very curious child, and had many questions about the procedure. Before beginning, Ms. Angie and Dr. Lutz-Craver answered all of her questions and made her feel very welcome. They explained every step, and told her what each tool looked like and would feel like.
