I experienced horrible customer service. I had teeth issues and so I went to them and all they prescribed was an antibiotic. I had called up there to get a prescription for a pain reliever and the receptionist said she would call me back the next day and never did so I’ve been dealing with a horrible tooth ache for almost a week.

Nice people at Cornerstone Dental, but totally missed my issue. She said that it was an ear, nose and throat and TMJ issue. After she sent me off, I went to 2 doctors, then an ear, nose and throat doctor, had a CT scan ....only to be sent back to a dentist. After many bills, 2 more dentists confirmed that the first dentist at Cornerstone Dental missed the issue. One year of misery, when it should have been caught at first visit. I’m disappointed 😔
