I hired the Owners son to install an exterior door in November 2021. Weather became inclement so he asked that we do the job in the Spring of 2022. I repeatedly contacted him in May 2022 but he declined to do the job because he was "too busy". (Now I have a door that I can NOT return to the Store because it's been too long and I have no one to install it.) I called this Company and left 4 VOICEMAILS but NEVER received any response. NOT dependable, NOT honest, TERRIBLE customer service.
