I had a very unprofessional, poor interaction with Jenny, one of the owners. According to the company, they pride themselves on competence and knowledge but they somehow claim they were unaware of Cape Coral’s Utility Expansion Project (UEP) while they operate out of Fort Myers. If you live under a rock, don’t own a tv or a smart phone or are completely oblivious to what’s going on in your profession, 5 miles away that MAY be the case. The worst with the customer service, I did business with them as a business owner and as a Tenent and I left the house for their bad customer service, and as a business owner they tried to rent me a local that they knew it wouldn’t work for the license I needed, not a trust worthy business
There is not enough good things I can say about my realtor Kevin Lawrence. Selling a house is stressful enough on its own but sometimes life can make it worse. I asked Kevin to take care of everything. Don’t bother me with the little things. He handled everything. He only reached out when absolutely necessary and took it over just like it was his personal home. Not one time did I worry about his choices and the amount of stress this took off was unmeasurable. I have the best realtor, Amanda Cary, at Cornerstone. She runs me around tirelessly to help me find the right place to call home! She has also listed my current home and is so good about keeping me informed about client showings and if a client is running late. Give her a call if you are in the market! You won't be disappointed!
