I have had my accounts at spencer bank most of my life. I have to say I am not a fan of the merge and what the bank is becoming. Small town banks who care about community do not railroad other businesses in the community! These customers are right it is shameful what they did and they should apologize and correct it. I am seeing that the only positive feedback this bank is getting is from employees! Of course your going to back the bank you work there! Wrong is wrong and I would have the same opinion if I worked there.
Very poor taste in what Cornerstone Bank did to its neighbor PT Pet Supply, removing their sign without their permission and replacing it with their ugly generic corporate sign. For a bank that wants to 'serve the community' - you might want to stop being such a bully and actually reach out to your neighbors that share the same building as you before ripping down someones personal property. Shame on you!
You are what you do... Not what you say you'll do. You underestimated this small community. I'd be so embarrassed to be an employee there. Just inconsiderate and rude.
Ill change my rating if you man up and apologize to Yolanda at PT Pet supply and re-hang her sign. We must stick together as a community! **update** thank you for putting sign back up.
