RecommendedHave been using Cornerstone Bank for several months and customer service has been great. They offer mobile deposit, great online banking and recently even rolled out faceid for mobile login.
Apparently you can close an account without the 2nd person being there but you cannot remove them from the account. Had my account 11 years and now I'm forced to close it because my mother is a deadbeat and I cannot get her to the bank. Mind you no notice of my money being taken from me. thanks cornerstone. you suck.
They hacked my atm debit card and took $ from my account. I live in OHIO!!!
Really had a very bad experience with this bank totally unprofessional with Home equity loan department in Spencer office.
I have been bullied by them multiple times. Worst customer service ever!!
I wouldn't recommend this bank to my worst enemy. When they were Spencer Savings Bank they were great. Ever since they merged they done a complete turn around for the worse. I'm closing my accounts tomorrow.
Great bank with helpful courteous employees and certainly deserving of a five star rating.
I used other banks for a few years but returned to Southbridge Savings Bank for its commitment to community as well as its great customer service, and even with a new name the things I loved about it still endure!
