It used to be good when it was Southbridge Savings. But once the merged with Spencer Bank its been nothing but problems. No one at the branches that were Spencer know what they are doing.
RecommendedCustomer service at the sturbridge branch is by far the best I have ever seen. They make everything so easy and are extremely knowledgeable about anything that you may need. They’re the reason I’m starting a petition for “6 stars” to be allowed in the rating system.!
RecommendedI just went in today for a loan and the most helpful employee named Nada Kanaan helped me. I really liked that she was very friendly and a people person. She guided me through the steps of the loan, documents needed and also answer my questions In regards to other products and services from the bank, she was very Knowledgeable. Really great customer service and patience when it comes to customers with many questions and doubts. I give this bank and Nada's customer service a FIVE STAR rating.

Just moved to Rutland last month my first experience with Cornerstone was their ATM spitting out five 20$ bills one of which was missing 1/4 of the bill. Went into the branch and they told me they would not accept money for exchange as the bill did not both serial numbers, even though THEY issued it! I went to my bank and they exchanged it for me after I explained the situation. I just received a letter from Cornerstone welcoming me to town. I will gladly continue to drive to Worcester or Holden to access my other banks.
I have been having trouble with your ATM not working in Southbridge at the main location for months now. There is a 50/50 chance it will work... I can see this happening once or twice, but not going on for months! Never had a single problem in years past up until a few months ago, but now it is all the time. One time when the bank was open I went inside to make a withdrawal and the teller informed me that this problem has existed for quite some time. So why is this not getting fixed?
RecommendedI recently switched from a large national bank to Cornerstone. Every bank's money is green --- so for me it boils down to customer service & experience. In this day & age its nice to bank locally & get more personal service. Cornerstone delivers all of this... does a lot for local communities... and has the full range of banking/lending/financial services I need.
RecommendedI use Cornerstone Bank for my business accounts. The customer service is great and I love the phone app. 90% of our company checks get deposited through the app.
RecommendedLove the friendly service. Easy to work with. One of the few banks that will lend for spec building. Completely understand the needs of the small business professional. My three favorite people at the bank is Andrew Burgoyne, Lynne Sauvageau Esposito, and Stephen Quink.
