Food's fine-service a question. Went there last night, food was good and was served fast but the gal that waited on us seemed somewhat pushy, in a hurry. I 've been there just a couple of times, but last night it was like"hey let us eat our salads before you try to swipe it away when the the dinners arrive."
Corner Cafe is great, but Watch your debit cards. I typically tip at the table and they like to add tips to your Debit card. Twice I called about this and twice the Manager told me this was a mistake. I think that is not a mistake. The Servers want bigger tips. Always write in your tip on your reciept and if you are not adding one to your card WRITE in NO TIP. The Food is wonderful and even if the line is long your wait is usually not bad and it doesn't usually take long to get your food and it always tastes great.
Great Breakfast This is a comfortable little restuarant that is conducive to relaxing and enjoying a meal alone or with a group of friends. They serve large breakfasts all day and have wonderful hashbrowns. Don't pass it up on your next trip to Liberty.
Great Service, Great Food I have been to the Corner Cafe in Liberty quite a few times since it has opened. The food is great and the service is usually prompt and polite. On my last visit, the dining experience was fantastic. My server, I think her name was Allison, was absolutely wonderful. The food arrived fast and was nice and hot. I often recommend the Corner Cafe to friends and family due to its great service and wonderful food.
Consider Corner Cafe This cafe is our favorite. I eat there 3-4 times a week, average. The food is excelent. It's a home cooked style. I have never had a bad meal or bad dish there. I could not ask for better service. The servers are friendly, curtious and prompt. I've never had a meal "mixed" up. They refill my glass before I can get it all finished. Okay place to eat but do not expect good service Okay I want to start this by saying there food is okay but I have had better before. They do have good Chicken and Noodles. Now the service. The last 4 times I have gone I have had the same server and she was not that great at all. It was slow and the order was not right either. If you do not mind if the service is off a bit I say go ahead and go there. But if you are looking for a place with great service and they are there to help take care of you then go elsewhere.
Good Food I love their food also. I have had one good server out of the 3 times I've been there and that was when it was just me and my daughter. The first time I remember the server never brought my daughter her free cookie that comes with the kids meal. I know it's petty but I'm sure that's something they have to do with almost every table. Great Food, Bad Service I would eat here every day if the service was not so poor. I LOVE the food, have never had anything bad. However, I have NEVER had good service. Either they are terribly slow or the server is rude. You never know what you will get, but I promise you will get one! We actually do eat here a lot despite the poor service which should tell you how good the food really is.
